general philosophy is that we try to

rather the eyes and the mouth and the

other pretty features of the face and so

we do this by making an incision I mean

this piece of skin right there we lift

up the skin bring down or adjust the

dorsum the bony hump of the nose as

needed and then refine the tip and then
